Shipping Options
Shipping rates are based per item purchased. Please note: RicaShay Disc is no longer able to provide shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide an alternative address and we will gladly dispatch your order!
Standard, Expedited & Priority Services
Items are usually shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground. RicaShay Disc wish they could hand deliver every package with care, but we feel that USPS and UPS is doing a great job on our behalf. Because RicaShay.com is not the postal service, we cannot guarantee their exact delivery times.
We can tell you this: Depending on where the product is shipped from and your location, Priority delivery takes about 2-4 business days upon shipment. Expedited delivery takes about 5-7 business days upon shipment and Standard delivery takes about 8-15 business days upon shipments. For all three services, we will allow up to 21 business days for delivery.
RicaShay Disc wants you to receive your item(s) as fast as possible, so if you do not receive your shipment within the estimated delivery time, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

Please note, we do not provide shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide an alternative physical address and we will gladly dispatch your order! If you have any questions regarding the shipping address, please visit the United States Postal Service and verify the address.
Colleges and Universities
To ensure that your order is received by the campus, provide the following:
- Address Line 1: Name of College or University
- Address Line 2: Physical Street Address (If applicable, include a building name, letter or number, dormitory name, letter or number and department name, letter or number).
Business Addresses
To ensure that your order is delivered to the proper address, provide the following:
- Address Line 1: Name of Business
- Address Line 2: Physical Street Address (If applicable, include a suite name, letter or number, room name, letter or number and floor number).
Apartments/Duplex
To ensure that your order is delivered to the proper address, provide the following:
- Address Line 1: Physical Street Address
- Address Line 2: Apt. Number

Please remember that the following holidays may delay order processing and/or shipping:

Delivery Times
We allow the following delivery times from the original ship date of the package:
- 21 business days for packages shipped within the Continental USA.
- 30 business days for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a US Territory, Canada or a military address.
- 30 business days for international shipments.
If you do not receive a shipped package by the applicable delivery time described above, please contact us.
We ask that you contact your local Post Office before contacting us, as either institution may be holding your package. You have up to 35 business days to notify us about the non-receipt of a package shipped with the Continental USA, or to a US territory, military addresses, Canadian or International destination.
