RicaShay Disc is a service provider. We provide manufacturing services that include the production of most Compact Disc Formats, Custom Injection Molding, Contract Packaging, Decorating and Fulfillment/Warehousing. CD formats are supported in both replication and duplication as required. Services provided include all elements of a customer's project from graphics to distribution. The core competency of the company is manufacturing and project management. The company will utilize/manage both internal or outsource relationships to meet a customer's expectations.

Research and Development
RicaShay Disc will follow our customer's needs as opportunity/demand indicates. It is the intention of the company to be forward thinking and to look forward at additional innovations to the C-Shell product line and to prepare for emerging technologies. The role of RD will be to track technology changes and prepare the company to be in a position to offer new technology as market or customer demand would build.
